The plot of land is located near the city of Venice. The Center has a capacity of 120 beds and offering services to elderly people with diseases not treatable at home who need medical and rehabilitation care. The structure is organized into units that containing the bedrooms, administration offices, surgery, utility rooms and connection areas between the floors. The fronts, that are opening on the surrounding green areas, are characterized by the follow of the terraces and sliding wood panels that protect the rooms from the summer sun. The green areas are organized to allow long walks and relaxation time to patients.
