The area surrounding the project for the "Residence Admiral" is in city center, served by transport and road infrastructure, car parks and shops. The project is characterized by a dynamic and differential design of the facade on each side, underscored by projections of the terraces.
The building is divided into sixteen residential units, spread over four floors.
On the ground floor are the garage, free park and accommodation for the handicapped. The first, second and third floors are developing other accommodation of various sizes and internal characteristics.
All accommodations have been studied in detail for maximum comfort, with special attention to the orientation of local and management of living spaces.
The coating materials of the routes and facades will be selected among the most durable and easy to maintain.
