The plot of land is located near a very important crossroads between the cities of Venice, Treviso and Padova. The site was divided into three areas, which are organized through three buildings that contain production an management activities. The game of materials that have been proposed for the front of the buildings will take on different aspects according to the activity will be targeted. Reception, offices, archives, and meeting rooms have been organized on two levels and interact with the production area through large openings to connect production and management. The entrance to the administration areas is emphasized by an overhang cube that contains the meeting room. The outside areas are connected to existing infrastructure systems and include parking, green spaces and wide areas for maneuvering for articulated heavy goods transport.
