The building has been designed as a complex machine capable of establishing communications between different reality: the countryside of the city of Rome and the historic city center. The result has been a large park under which there are the most of the functional program: public swimming pool, changing rooms and gym. Only one building stands like a precious gemstone and overlooks the park that is shaped and forms a facade. The multifunctional rooms, the classrooms for language courses, the offices and exhibition rooms are made up as single volumes within the building and projected outside. The use of removable resources, the recovery and reuse of rainwater and the attention to energy consumption saving are the basis of the project.
