The occasion of reinvention proposed of an industrial archaeology area led to the creation of a new area dedicated to the development of artistic activities. The wide surfaces of which the complex possessed, large constructions that contained the industrial production and deep inner court have allowed the development of functional plan which provides exhibition spaces, areas for artistic production, loft for artists accommodation and some spaces for lesson, conference and art curses. The core project is the central plaza, accessible from different parts of the city, on which all buildings overlook and from which you can get to the underground conference room. The square is divided, by the loft for the artist, in two communicating areas: the first one from which you can enter the laboratories, classrooms, and from which you can access to the underground spaces and the second one from which you can reach the lofts, the coffee shop, the offices and the exhibition areas.
