The plot of land is located near the city of Venice. The three residential buildings are projected in accordance with the rules on energy conservation with special attention to the materials used and the location in the surrounding area. The consideration about the energy needs have profoundly influenced the design of the front of the buildings that changed according to the sun direction. The movable brise-soleil screens protect the residential units from the summer sun, and allow the winter sun entry. All apartments are organized, according to the different proposals sizes, in very adaptable, flexible and never equal spaces. Large closets divide the sleeping areas from living areas in a fluid and functional way. Part of the project involves the redesign of the morphology of the ground act to screen and integrate the parking areas and the private gardens.
