The building is located in the city centre of Mestre and overlooks Ferretto Square, en elegant place which is the heart of the city. Since 1995 the square has been the subject of a wide rehabilitation plan which, among other interventions, provides to turn the streets that crossed the place in a pedestrian areas. The building has been completely restored with special attention to the facade overlooks the square, today it holds commercial areas in the ground floor, in the first and second floor management activities and offices and in the top a residential space.
